pulau ubin

zest, serkee, desmond, jess, darren n me met up at changi village for breakfast of famous wanton noodles n nasi lemak before boarding the rickety old sampan towards the island of pulau ubin!



on the boat towards the island!!



we hv embarked!!



we found a captive "wild boar".. notice its similarities with zest n desmond?? =P



we found a secluded beach off the beaten track. where outbursts of creativity struck us hard. wat can i say? we r all models in the making... hehe.



whee~ cycling is fun.. n the bumpy slopes nv make my butt hurt leh. qi ji..



us n the bicycles resting at some ulu hut bcoz of the rain. we were accompanied by some rather ill-fated mosquitos who died at our mercy. who ask them to decide to feed on our blood instead of just peacefully hiding frm the rain?! if we had wanted to "donate" blood, we wld hv done so at a blood donation bank n not in some old hut. sk was the pro-est! although i got bitten alot of times, she saved me frm many more although i didn't like getting slapped by her. haha. wat started as mutual elimination of mosquitos became a competition to rid the world of these pesky insects. lol.

at the end of the cycling route.. stylish ba...



toilet fun!! suprisingly, the sanitation on tis rustic island is pretty good.



the sun, the sand, the sea n an afternoon with the love of my life. wat more can a girl ask for??



isn't tis the coolest?? we saw tis just was we were departing the island. as if someone just got enlightened!!



aft a day in the sun, we headed down to marina bay for steamboat. the food was scrumptous although it looks kinda bad here.. however, tis is the only pic i shall post of our dinner as i tink we all look unglam in the other shots be it posed/unposed n i dun like ugly pics.. =(
